宮城県にある「石巻市複合文化施設」は、「マルホンまきあーとテラス」と呼ばれ、石巻総合運動公園の北にある、大小のコンサートホール、市民ギャラリー、博物館からなる施設です。建物の西側が石巻市博物館で、東側が石巻市芸術文化センターになっています。東北大震災から10年の時を経て修復されました。石巻市博物館には、石巻氏にまつわる資料が展示されており、大人300円で入場できますので立ち寄ってみてください。ジブリ展ではオウムの模型などが展示されました。常設展示物も何度も見たくなるような充実ぶりです。
