宇部市文化会館（うべしぶんかかいかん）と宇部市渡辺翁記念会館（うべしわたなべおうきねんかいかん）は、山口県の宇部新川駅近くの隣り合う建物です。宇部市新川ふれあいセンターとも隣接しています。
宇部市渡辺翁記念会館は、宇部市にある文化ホールで、戦前の1937年の竣工でまもなく築90年を迎える歴史あるホールです。まだ大都市にしかこのような施設が無かった時代に、宇部市にホールが誕生したのは、宇部興産（現UBE）の創業者である渡辺祐策氏の功績を記念して、関連した会社が市に寄贈したものだそうです。渡辺祐策氏の大きな銅像がホール前に建っており、当時の宇部の好景気ぶりが伺えます。ホールは昭和初期のモダニズム建築の傑作として、国の重要文化財に指定されており、催事が無い平日には内部の見学が可能です。
