長野県伊那文化会館（ながのけんいなぶんかかいかん）は、県民に芸術文化の創作発表、鑑賞の場を提供することにより、県民の文化の振興と福祉の増進をはかることを目的として、長野県県民文化会館（長野市、1983年設立）につづいて、1988年12月に開館しました。コンサートや美術展ができる多目的施設で、コロナワクチン接種会場にも使用されています。館内にはカフェ伊那文化会館（旧ガレットカフェ伊那文化会館）があります。

駐車台数は次のとおりです。陸上競技場等、近隣の施設と共同使用になります。
春日公園第１～第４駐車場
普通車 ５９０台（障がい者専用６台）
必要に応じて伊那市防災コミュニティーセンター西側駐車場（約１００台）、多目的広場（約５０台）にご案内することもあります。
また、伊那市駅前駐車場、いなっせ駐車場へ移動をお願いすることもございます。
